On the job Friday in White Rock is Care Manager Mario Angel, MSW from Egis (Elders Getting Information and Services) Complete Care, Inc. Egis grew out of a grassroots effort in 1998 to meet the challenges of getting older. Jeff Pine, William and Virginia Cowles and Larry and Barbara Munson founded the organization and Kevin Koval is the new owner/president. Realizing the need for responsive senior care and support for aging adults to stay as independent as possible in their own home environments, the mission of Egis  is to help preserve independence, improve health, optimize safety and enrich client’s quality of life through caregiving and care management.
