SANTA FE — New Mexico Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard is seeking partners for affordable housing or other economic development projects on four well-positioned state land parcels located in the Albuquerque metro area to help meet community needs and generate revenue for New Mexico’s public institutions.
The State Land Office has issued a Request for Interest (RFI) to solicit proposals from developers on the best uses of the parcels for long-term leases. Proposals are due to the State Land Office by 5 p.m., Monday, July 6, 2026.
