Historical Society to Offer Public Walking Tours

HISTORICAL SOCIETY News:
The Los Alamos Historical Society will be offering to the public daily walking tours of the historic district.
Start time will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 11, and continue Monday through Saturday for a four-week trial.
As a fundraiser for the Museum, the cost is $10/person, with family pricing TBD. We are looking for volunteers to take a regular slot for our first four-week trial
run, which is intended to catch the Spring Break crowd.
High school and college students are also encouraged to consider volunteering as tour guides.

I-40 Eastbound Closed Until at Least This Morning

SANTA FE – The New Mexico State Police has announced that eastbound I-40 from Tramway to the Texas state line will remain closed until at least sometime this morning. This is due to severe weather conditions in Texas and Oklahoma.
