Flap Jack, the mascot of Pancakes on the Plaza, a fundraiser held every Fourth of July on the Santa Fe Plaza to benefit the service projects of the Rotary Club of Santa Fe, paid a friendly visit to the July 19 meeting of the Rotary Club of Los Alamos.

Flap Jack is already recruiting next year’s hungry crowd and is competing with Rotary District Gov. John Drusedum to see who can visit more Rotary Clubs and other organizations before June 30, 2023.

The Rotary Club of Santa Fe has hosted Pancakes on the Plaza for 45 years and has raised over $100,000 each year to support children and families in Northern New Mexico. For the next four years, the Santa Fe Club is partnering with the Santa Fe Children’s Museum and YouthWorks to work on special projects.

It’s not too early to plan ahead for this delicious, worthwhile event!  Go to www.PancakesOnThePlaza.com for more information.
