Phyllis (Phil) is a Pomeranian who has been in foster care for a few months.
Phil went into foster when all of her other Pomeranian friends were adopted. It’s now time to find Phil a home.
Although Phil is an older gal, she really likes walks and being outside. Phil has been fine around some dogs, and there are others she doesn’t like. Phil has had a rough life and being an only dog would ensure she gets all the love she needs.
