Is appears pranksters placed traffic cones on the ‘Strange Trio’ metal sculpture spotted Sunday at the corner of Meadow Lane and Overlook Road in White Rock. The County has removed the cones. This 20-foot-tall metal sculpture, created by Tommy Hicks of Shidoni Foundry and Galleries in Tesuque, was originally installed at Ashley Pond Park until 2008, when strong winds toppled one leg of the sculpture.
