A rare (in Los Alamos anyway) Hooded Warbler discovered Saturday along Reservoir Road continued to stay in the area through Sunday. The nearest breeding area for this species is about 1,000 miles away in east Texas, so a midsummer record like this is extra special. Many folks came out to see it.
