Dear Friends:

Summer is here, and it is a wonderful season to visit with friends and family, make fun travel plans, and spend more time with our children. RPLA will have a table at every Friday night summer concert, so please come by to say hello!

On behalf of the Republican Party of Los Alamos, I would like to thank all the Republican candidates who ran for office and congratulate all the primary winners. Every campaign is a sacrifice of time and hard work, and every candidate deserves respect and recognition for their efforts. I hear regularly from citizens who are worried about the rising cost of living, the growing number of small business closures, and the increasing overreach of our local government. If you believe in a “government of the people, by the people, and for the people,” then please join me in casting votes for Sharon Clahchischilliage, Nella Domenici, and Councilor David Reagor this coming November 5!

June 29: Ward D Free Family Movie Night, 6 p.m. at SALA Event Center featuring the movie: My Octopus Teacher. RSVP to Ward D Chair, Rick Mooday, at rmooday@gmail.com. Ward D includes the North Mesa and Barranca neighborhoods.
