“We love our new space, especially being so near to other great local businesses,” owner Marguerite McClay said. “To be precise we are across from Finishing Touch, between Allure and projectY and about half way between UnQuarked and Pet Pangaea. With Bathtub Row Beer Co-op and El Rigoberto’s and other stellar businesses nearby we feel right at home.”

 

Rose Chocolatier is in a larger space, which allows them to expand their offerings. They now serve espresso drinks tailored to each customer. They still serve their luscious hot cocoa and now are adding it to their mocha drinks for a special delight.

 

The expanded kitchen space means they can bake more goodies and produce more chocolate candies. But they haven’t completed their space design yet. Soon they will be adding more tables and chairs for those who want to enjoy visiting with friends over coffee or tea.

Rose Chocolatier sold out of everything over the holidays, so they are busy producing and restocking their cases. They thank everyone who came and supported hte shop during the winter break.

“It was a pleasure serving you and showing off the new space!.” said. “We still have an art wall for our local artists. Currently, Michelle Griffin has her art work up. It is worth stopping in just to see her vibrant, colorful paintings. We enjoy the lively feel they add to our store! We will be having an artist reception for Michelle soon. We will keep you posted when we pick a date. Looking forward to seeing you and serving you our finest chocolate and pastry treats!”

Rose Chocolatier hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. They will be closed Saturdays for the time being and said they are happy to adjust their hours as demand requires.
