Sandy Jones filed for a seat on the Mirador Public Improvement District Board this afternoon in the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office. Jones explained that she was encouraged to throw her hat in the ring for a seat on the board, adding that the Mirador Public Improvement District Board serves as an overseer to ensure funds are being dispersed appropriately.
