Scene From LAAC’s 2023 Kite Festival At Overlook Today

Despite cloudy sky and afternoon rain showers, the community turned out for the Los Alamos Arts Council’s (LAAC) Kite Festival today at Overlook Park in White Rock. The festivities started Friday and continued through 3 p.m. today and featured kite-building workshops, a kite raffle to win one of several kite prizes, face painting, music and local craft vendors.
