Scenes From 2023 Pumpkin Glow On Fuller Lodge Lawn

A scene from the 2023 Pumpkin Glow held Saturday night on the lawn outside Fuller Lodge. Pumpkin Glow, provided by Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC), is part of the Halloweekend festivities. The LAAC board estimated that more than 100 pumpkins were on display during the event and by 7:30 p.m. the board reported that more than 700 people had arrived to check out the carved creations. A new addition to this year’s Pumpkin Glow was a pumpkin carving contest. Pictured here are two winners. Bonnie Peterson’s feline jack-o-lantern, left, won the individual category while the Los Alamos Historical Society’s ‘Oppie’ jack-o-lantern earned the top spot in the organization category.
