Scenes From An Evening Of Arts And Culture

Los Alamos High School’s Schola Cantorum performs during the Evening of Arts and Culture event Friday night at Fuller Lodge. The event spanned nine locations throughout the downtown area and featured 20 presentions from poetry and sculpture to jazz music and Broadway showtunes. An Evening of Arts and Cultures kicked off October as Arts and Culture Month and it orginated from the Arts Forum, a collection of local art entities spearheaded by the Los Alamos Arts Council. The forum is made up of  Los Alamos Community Winds, Fuller Lodge Art Center, the Los Alamos Little Theater, Hillstompers, Los Alamos Historical Society, Los Alamos Retired Senior Organization, Arts in Public Places, the Creative District, Los Alamos Concert Association and the Studio Art Tour.
