COUNTY News:

A section of North Road is closed to through traffic for an emergency repair to a main line water break.

Motorists should avoid North Road along Urban Park between the spot where the tennis courts sit and the road’s intersection with Sycamore Street and 42nd Street.

Anyone going to Quemazon will need to approach it from the direction of Diamond Drive.

Department of Public Utilities water crews don’t yet know the extent of the leak or how long the repair might take.
