Sirphey at 1793 Deacon St. in Los Alamos is hosting a 2-Day Labor Day Weekend BBQ event so those still in town will have somewhere to celebrate. In addition to classic North Carolina and Southwestern Barbecue, Sirphey will be offering various kinds of barbecue from around the world.
