New Mexico History Museum News:
Due to leaks from a recent storm, a small portion of the lower level of the will be temporarily closed.
The Manhattan Project and My New Mexico displays, as well as the small theater, are inaccessible to visitors while necessary repairs are made.
None of the objects in the exhibits were damaged. The majority of the lower level, including mezzanine displays and Telling New Mexico Stories from Then and Now 1911 through WWII exhibitions remain open to the public. Regular admission fees will apply.
Beginning today, Nov. 5 until spring of 2025 the small portion of the lower level of the New Mexico History Museum at 113 Lincoln Ave. in Santa Fe, will be temporarily closed so the museum is committed to restoring the affected areas as quickly as possible and appreciates the public’s understanding.
