Join the New Mexico History Museum in Santa Fe for a variety of fun, free events for all ages Dec. 5–7, 2025.
Explore the historic printing press, listen to an artist-led art installation walk-through, make holiday ornaments, and see the annual community event, Las Posadas, coordinated by Santa Fe Fiesta, Inc.
- 5–7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5 — Hands-on printing demonstration in the Palace Press
- 5–7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5 — Art installation walk-through with artist Daisy Quezada Ureña inside the Palace of the Governors’ SITE Santa Fe exhibition, “Once Within a Time”
- 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7 — Holiday ornament and card-making workshop
- 5:30–7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7 — Las Posadas procession presented by Santa Fe Fiesta, Inc., ending with cookies and apple cider under the Palace of the Governor’s Portal
Visitors can enjoy after-hours, as well as holiday activities that connect to New Mexico’s heritage and history. Admission to Art Walk and Las Posadas is free to all. The ornament workshop is free to New Mexico residents and children and included with admission for non-residents.
