Saturday, Dec. 16, the Los Alamos High School Cross Country Team enjoyed cake and ice cream at the Co+op, 95 Entrada Dr., as they were congratulated for their achievements at the State competition this season.

K2 Women’s Weekend Raises Funds for Cancer Services

PAJARITO WOMEN News:

The sixth annual K2 Women’s Weekend at Pajarito Mountain is a non-profit event that raises funds for breast and cervical cancer services in New Mexico by bringing women together to improve their snowsports skills and have fun.

All abilities encouraged. The event is Feb. 7-9. Registration closes Jan. 23.

Last year, more than $10,000 was raised to provide financial assistance for breast and cervical cancer services incurred by New Mexican women and men.
