ALBUQUERQUE — A free workshop presented by the Legal Resources for the Elderly Program, Estate Planning, Probate and Institutional Medicaid, will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 18, via video and teleconference.
This webinar is presented by the Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) and will cover information regarding Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Probate, Non-Probate Transfers (including Transfers on Death Deeds) and Institutional Medicaid.
