KAREN WRAY GALLERY News:

Alan Kapulski and Patrick Longmire will perform 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 25 at the Karen Wray Gallery during the opening reception of Marc Hudson’s ceramic art exhibition.

Kapulski and Longmire are members of Swing Soleil, an all-acoustic swing band based out of Santa Fe that has been performing in New Mexico since 2012.

Audiences love their enthusiastic performances, unique arrangements and virtuoso musicianship. They play a diverse range of music from 20th century jazz to swing standards by composers such as Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington and others.

The community is invited to the opening reception Thursday to enjoy refreshments and wine, mingle with members of the artistic community and talk to Marc Hudson and discuss his art.
