Toppers Basketball Falls To Lady Cardinals 42-48

The Los Alamos High School Hilltopper Girls Basketball Team led most of the game Tuesday evening in Griffith Gymnasium against the Las Vegas Robertson Cardinals.

But late in the fourth quarter the Cardinals pulled ahead to win the contest 48-42.

The teams were evenly matched, and the game was close, but the Toppers were not able to find the basket to preserve their lead in the closing moments of the game.
