VCNP News:
JEMEZ SPRINGS – Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP) invites visitors to take part in its Fall Fiesta to experience the park’s beauty and to learn about its abundant natural and cultural resources.
Fall Fiesta is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Oct. 7-15.
Highlights include themed ranger programs and booths each day, cultural demonstrations and art sales by Native artists Oct. 8-9, a special geology talk by Dr. Kirt Kempter 11 a.m. Oct. 11, night sky events Oct. 13-14 (registration required), and the opportunity to view the annular solar eclipse Oct. 14 from various locations around Valle Grande.
