LAPS News:Los Alamos Public Schools has announced a winter weather warning, saying Los Alamos County is under a hazardous weather alert (www.noaa.gov) for snow beginning late Tuesday morning.
The weather forecast calls for a 70 percent chance of snow Tuesday with snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
LAPS has notified its snow plow teams to report at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in anticipation of this prospect. LAPS must call a delay or cancellation by 5:30 a.m. so check the LAPS website or www.ladailypost.com in the morning for updates.
