Zola Is Best Predictor In Weekly Pace Race June 25

ACRR News:

James Zola was the top predictor in the Atomic City Road Runner’s (ACRR) weekly pace race held at East Park with a 3 second differential from his predicted time.

Other accurate predictors were:

  • Zach Medin recording a 8 second difference;
  • Tony Borek at 10 seconds off; Chris Michel with a 15 second differential; and
  • Holly Walker at 21 seconds off as well as the best finisher in the 1 mile race with a time of 7:38.

In the 1 mile race:

  • Hal Marshall was the top male finisher recording a 9:33.

On the 3 mile course:

  • Paul Geimer and 1-year-old Iris Geimer were the first place finishers at 20:51; and
  • Madeline Harms was the the best female finisher recording a 27:38.

Next week’s race is 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 2 on the Canada Bonita Trail up by the Ski Hill across from the Ski Lodge. 1 mile paved, and 1, 2 and 3 mile trail runs will be available.
