Sealed Responses submitted electronically through the County’s Procurement Portal, subject to the conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until November 4, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time for this solicitation. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 21, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time via Microsoft Teams. Instructions to log in to the conference can be found in the solicitation documents.
