Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilities (BPU), Incorporated County of Los Alamos, State of New Mexico, will hold a public hearing on May 6, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Los Alamos Municipal Building at 1000 Central Avenue in Room #330. At this open meeting, the BPU will consider and receive public comment on Los Alamos County Code Ordinance No. 02-379. A full copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Department of Public Utilities at 1000 Central Avenue, Suite 130. A full copy can also be viewed online at https://www.losalamosnm.gov/Services/Public-Utilities/Rates-and-Fees under “Proposed rate changes.” Interested citizens are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
