Los Alamos Little Theatre’s (LALT) “The Play that Goes Wrong” is a spoof on the Victorian-era, classic Agatha Christie murder mystery. Actually, it is more than that. It is a giggly, good-natured jab at community theatre. To be honest, “The Play that Goes Wrong” is truly a really, really, great theatre experience.

A roadrunner is spotted Saturday scanning the snowy backyard of a residence in North Community. This most famous bird of the southwest is known by its long tail and expressive crest. Museum Of International Folk Art Hosts Year Of The Dragon

The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) has announced that the Museum of International Folk Art is hosting a Lunar New Year celebration 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4 at 706 Camino Lejo, on Museum Hill in Santa Fe.

NEH Announces $33.8M For Humanities Projects Nationwide

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) today announced $33.8 million in grants for 260 humanities projects across the country.

Among these are grants to support research for a cultural, political, and legal history of cancer in America that focuses on the Ames test for carcinogens; create a baccalaureate degree program in Native American studies at Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College; and expand the North American Climate History Project, a digital resource of weather and climate records from the colonial and early American Republic period.
