‘Rainbow Rainbow’ is an artmaking & multipurpose community space inside the Santa Fe exhibition building, and opens to the public May 1.
Visitors do not need to purchase a Meow Wolf admission ticket to attend free programs and events there.
The space will also be available for private rentals when not in use for community events.

Cherries require bees to move pollen within and between flowers to achieve pollination. Cherry pollination is an all-or-nothing proposition – the more flowers pollinated, the more cherries will develop on the tree. Typically, honey bees visit flowers in the morning. FORT SUMNER — New Mexico Arts (NMA) and New Mexico Historic Sites (NMHS) announce DezBaa’ and her father David Henderson for the first artist residency at the Bosque Redondo Memorial at Fort Sumner Historic Site (BRM).
Their residency runs until May 6, and at its conclusion, they will premiere a documentary featuring Henderson’s journey of self-discovery, as well as a series of interviews with Memorial staff, historians, medicine people, and more.

SANTA FE — New Mexico Actors Lab will open its 2023 season Wednesday, May 3 with Simpatico, one of the hidden gems of Sam Shepard’s portfolio of quirky dramas.

SANTA FE — Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has signed an innovative new proposal into law that will spur the growth of New Mexico’s creative industries and diversify the state’s economy.

The Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) is hard at work planning for its annual Kite Festival in 2023.
After a multi-year hiatus due to pandemic restrictions and last year’s fire emergencies, LAAC is bringing this multi-day event back to Los Alamos County at Overlook Park in White Rock.
Several community organizations will be hosting kite decorating and building workshops with children in the community and April 19, LAAC will host the Paseo Project, from Taos, as they introduce their artist in residence, Jemila McEwan to the after-school programs at Fuller Lodge Art Center.
