New Mexico Film Office: Virtual Film & TV Day Monday

SANTA FE — IATSE Local 480 in collaboration with the New Mexico Film Industry and the New Mexico Film Office presents a virtual film and TV Day.

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and state officials will join industry representatives to celebrate the resiliency of the New Mexico film industry 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, March 15.

Virtual Film & TV Day

  • 10 a.m.: Welcome and IATSE 101 Presentation
  • 11 a.m.: Virtual Table Read
  • 12 pm: Virtual Press Conference
  • 1 p.m.: Industry Panel: IATSE, SAG-AFTRA, Teamsters, NBC, and WB

As far as the pandemic – the future is starting to look hopeful. It was on that optimistic note that the Los Alamos County Council approved an amendment to the general services agreement with Sancre Productions, LLC during its Tuesday night 9 meeting.

The amendment, which passed unanimously, modifies the scope of services for Sancre Productions, which organizes and operates the Los Alamos County Summer Concert Series. Read More

The photographic exhibit ESPAÑOLA: People and Places, a collaboration by Jane Whitmore, Psy.D. and Eugenie Johnson, opens Saturday, March 13 at Mesa Public Library’s Step Up Gallery.

The public now has access to the Mesa Public Library building 2-6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. At the present time access will be limited to 30 people at a time for no longer than 30 minute visits.
