ART News:
The community is invited to attend an art reception and send off for Katherine Schirato of Los Alamos.
The reception is 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at Rose Chocolatier at 149 Central Park Square.
Schirato, who works at Rose Chocolatier has been showing her detailed drawings throughout the summer on the wall there and adding pieces slowly over this period.
Schirato will be leaving her position at Rose Chocolatier to attend college later this month, so this is one of the last chances to see her work before she leaves to pursue an art degree.
