ALBUQUERQUE ― In the 10th concert in the Pimentel Music Series, Los Tres Reyes will perform at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 3 in the Albuquerque Journal Theatre.

JEMEZ SPRINGS — The Village of Jemez Springs announced that they plan to postpone the annual “Cabin Fever Festival” originally scheduled for this Saturday,
 
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Feb. 24 citing weather forecasts of windy and near-freezing conditions. The Village plans to reschedule the event towards the end of March, and may announce a new date by next week.
 
“Most weather reports are forecasting highs in the low 30s and gusty winds on the day of the event, so to be prudent and fair to our visitors and vendors, we are postponing the event,” Mayor Bob Wilson said.

The Los Alamos Arts Council’s March Brown Bag Performance will feature pianists from Taos, Kim Bakkum and Claire Detels, playing music by Romantic era composers, Clara Schumann (1819-1896), Cécile Chaminade (1857-1944), and Florence Price (1887-1953).

New Mexico Performing Arts Society is hosting the concerts, which the New Mexico Bach Chorale and Players will perform.

 

The concerts are 7 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at the United Church of Los Alamos. The shows continue at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11, at the Immaculate Heart Chapel in Santa Fe and at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, at the St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Albuquerque.
