The Marr residence Friday night at San Ildelfonso Road and El Gancho on Barranca Mesa. Robert Marr built this home with help from his son Larry. The home has been decorated almost from the time that the home was finished, about 22 years ago when Robert and his son started decorating for the Christmas season. They are true bone and a single structure generally found only on males, with the exception of the caribou. The public is invited to a book talk about “The Decadence of Delphi” by author Kristin Heineman at 7 p.m., Dec. 28, in the Upstairs Rotunda at Mesa Public Library, 2400 Central Ave., in Los Alamos. The talk is part of the monthly Authors Speak series put on by the Los Alamos County Library System.
A 2002 graduate of Los Alamos High School, Heineman went on to study Classics in college, and received her PhD from the University of Newcastle in Australia. Her research interests include the history of religion, women in the ancient world, Read More
