SANTA FE  National arts and entertainment group Meow Wolf enjoyed an extraordinarily popular and successful 2017, especially at its first permanent installation, the THEA-Award winning House Of Eternal Return.
 
One of the group’s core principles is that prosperous businesses owe their communities support by sharing the wealth. Elk’s Lodge Hosts Dinner & Jazz Event Thursday

 
ELK’S LODGE News:
 
The Elk’s Lodge is hosting great music and food beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening at the lodge at 1601 Trinity Dr. All proceeds go to the LAMS Jazz 1 trip to California.
 
Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. followed at 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. by the music show. Tickets are  $10/person so bring the whole family.

The Marr residence Friday night at San Ildelfonso Road and El Gancho on Barranca Mesa. Robert Marr built this home with help from his son Larry. The home has been decorated almost from the time that the home was finished, about 22 years ago when Robert and his son started decorating for the Christmas season. The public is invited to a book talk about “The Decadence of Delphi” by author Kristin Heineman at 7 p.m., Dec. 28, in the Upstairs Rotunda at Mesa Public Library, 2400 Central Ave., in Los Alamos. The talk is part of the monthly Authors Speak series put on by the Los Alamos County Library System.
