Pinon Fourth Grader Stars In Lifetime Movie

Allyson Harbert’s acting career has started off with a bang. Harbert, a Pinon Elementary School fourth grader student, recently acted in a Lifetime movie, “A Mother’s Crime”.

The TV movie premiered Friday, Oct. 6. In the movie, Harbert portrays Callie, a 7-year-old girl who was adopted by her biological mother’s sister. However, her birth mother wants her back and resorts to kidnapping to reunite with her daughter.

The Los Alamos High School Choir Pumpkin Patch is getting set to open again this year on 4th Street.

The Patch was set to open Sunday is at the mercy of the limited amount of truck drivers available, due to the hurricanes, and the pumpkins aren’t arriving until today.
