The DWI Planning Council is celebrating success with their DWI awareness poster contest and some great plans for February.

Three members of the Los Alamos High School class of 2019 were the top three vote getters after 70 entries were submitted for review, during DWI Awareness Week. Those winners will now have their posters displayed Feb. 17 for “DWI Day at the Roundhouse” at the Round House.

In the run up to Joshua Bell’s performance here Feb. 3, the Los Alamos Concert Association is contending with a host of issues related to managing a sold-out house. Getting 944 people settled comfortably in the hall is a little trickier than you might imagine.
