Filmmakers Ink Brings Film Camp To Los Alamos

Award-winning filmmaker Patrick McCullough has just signed on to bring his Filmmakers Ink Film Camp to Los Alamos the week of June 13-17. 

The camp is open to kids aged 8-10 and 11-15 from Los Alamos and the surrounding area. Filmmakers Ink, now in its 8th year in Santa Fe, offers programs in Intensive Filmmaking/Acting and Special FX to inspire students to make movies. Camp will take place at Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church.

Harlow (b. 1928) is highly regarded as a leading authority on Pueblo Indian pottery, a field of study he pursued on his own after moving to New Mexico to work at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a physicist. Dance Arts Los Alamos (DALA) is now in its 24th year of bringing professional dance training and high quality performances to the community.

This weekend, two distinct performances will highlight the accomplishments of dancers ages three through adult as well as the talent and diversity of the DALA faculty. All performances will take place at the Duane Smith Auditorium Friday and Saturday May 20 and 21.
