New Hybrid Cottonwoods Installed Downtown

Work continues on the new picnic area adjacent to the Municipal Building parking lot across the street from the Los Alamos Daily Post newspaper office on Central Avenue. County crews were busy Wednesday installing 11 hybrid Cottonwood trees. Four picnic tables will be installed in the small park for residents and tourists to use to eat their lunch or dinner or take a rest from shopping and sightseeing.
