Backcountry Film Festival Returns To Los Alamos Jan. 30

The Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) and SALA Event Center have announced that they are bringing the Backcountry Film Festival to New Mexico for its exclusive screening at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 at SALA.
Presented by the Winter Wildlands Alliance, this event celebrates the spirit of human-powered winter exploration and environmental stewardship.
Guests will enjoy an evening of captivating backcountry-themed films, have the opportunity to purchase beer and wine, and participate in a raffle featuring fantastic prizes from local businesses.

SANTA FE — Applications are now being accepted for the Advanced Energy Award Pilot Program from the New Mexico Economic Development Department (EDD).
The New Mexico Advanced Energy Award Pilot Program is a competitive state-funded grant that awards non-dilutive funds to New Mexico small businesses for advanced energy innovation and commercialization research and development.
