Tessa Dowell, owner of Being Beautifully Balanced, LLC is now offering breathwork workshops at Little Bird Yoga Studio. This style of breathwork is called Conscious Connected Breathing. Dowell is certified in this style of breathwork and said she is looking forward to sharing this transformational tool.
Breathwork workshops are being offered at Little Bird Yoga Studio, 9-10:30 a.m. most Sundays beginning Sunday July 7.

AtomiComedy returns to Los Alamos Saturday, June 29, thanks to the efforts of a crack legal team who got the restraining order lifted just in time.
The show is hosted by Muy Salsas at 1315 Trinity Dr. and tickets are $10, available at the door. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show starts at 8:30 p.m. Or come early and have dinner before the show (kitchen closes at 6:30 p.m.)
This will be the fourth AtomiComedy show produced by David Zimmermann. The shows are a mix of aspiring Los Alamos comedians

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Economic Development Department (EDD) announced that it approved funding for up to $2.4 Million to assist companies in hiring and training New Mexico employees. The Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) approved this monthly allotment to nine New Mexico companies, including Spiritus Technologies PBC in White Rock.
