 Zia Credit Union is celebrating all things local, and what’s more quintessential New Mexico in the fall than roasting green chile? As part of its “Think Like a Local” campaign, Zia CU is partnering with local businesses throughout the fall to highlight all things New Mexico. First up is a series of Chile Roasting Days.

Espanola-based Santa Cruz Farms and Greenhouses will be roasting its fresh chiles from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at each of Zia’s three locations as follows:

When Lydia Duffy began working in cosmetology five years ago, she didn’t yet know exactly where it would take her.

She had always been drawn to creative work – through her other business Citrus & Honey, which produces handmade fiber arts, as well as through singing and piano playing – but when she began working in salons, she found a passion for nail art.
