The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), and pursuant to 20.2.73.300 NMAC – Emission Inventory Requirements, NMED requires that facilities submit an Air Emissions Inventory for calendar year 2023.
The emission inventory period began Jan. 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, and emissions reporting is due Jan. 1 through April 1, 2024.
This includes facilities that have a Title V air quality permit (including all landfills and air curtain incinerators), New Source Review (NSR) permit, all General Construction Permits (GCP) or Notice of Intent (NOI).
