SANTA FE — The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) released Enforcement Watch updates for the month of March 2025. The Enforcement Watch is a listing of all active and resolved enforcement cases.
Active cases involve an alleged violation of a regulation, rule, permit, license, etc. Resolved cases are those that were adjudicated in court of law or administratively resolved. Business Coalition Moves From Plans To Action In Forum #3
The Los Alamos Local Business Coalition (LALBC) is hosting its third in a series of five forums at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at SALA Event Center.
LALBC hosted its second forum in this series on March 13, which focused on improving the local business environment. This forum took a deep dive into the County’s many existing plans—plans that are supposed to revitalize the downtown, support local businesses and move the community forward.

This week’s scam is a New Mexico Bank & Trust themed smishing scam!
What is smishing? Smishing (SMS phishing) uses deceptive text messages to trick victims into sharing personal information or clicking malicious links, while phishing uses fraudulent emails and fake websites to achieve the same things.
It’s still a phishing scam, just via text message.
