Canned beer made its debut Jan. 24, 1935. In partnership with the American Can Company, the Gottfried Krueger Brewing Company delivered 2,000 cans of Krueger’s Finest Beer and Krueger’s Cream Ale to faithful Krueger drinkers in Richmond, Va.

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UNM-LA will be conducting a workshop for small business owners who want to leverage the power of social media to promote their businesses.
The workshop is 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Feb. 5, in room 306 on the UNM-LA campus. Workshop attendees will learn to engage their customers online and grow their business by using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and WordPress.

In an email to his customer service manager Wednesday, New Mexico Airlines CEO Greg Kahlstorf calls Los Alamos a “s—hole”.
“I have no interest in discussing Los Alamos with the press.
