The project included new construction of a two-story, 32,000-square-foot retail/office condominium building in the west parking lot of the new Municipal Building Complex.

Final exterior finishes are being installed on the retail shops around the perimeter of the Smith’s Marketplace site. Concrete is being poured on the interior and framing is underway for the interior and exterior at the Smith’s Marketplace Store.
