Encouraging interactions between people on opposite ends of the political spectrum may not be the best way to foster tolerance in a polarized nation.

The First Born Program of Los Alamos held a Winter Holiday Celebration of Lights Saturday, Dec. 11 at 190 Central Park Square, Suite 216.
At the open house style event, Home Visitors distributed baby gifts for member families. Each of the 75 families received a beautiful handcrafted wooden toy and a previously loved book.
