Insofar as we may already have one Charter Amendment on the ballot this year, i.e., to abolish the office of elected sheriff of Los Alamos County,  I will suggest a second one after a chat with a counter staffer at one of our few remaining gas stations in Los Alamos: County Council will henceforth be responsible for ensuring laundry can be done frugally on The Hill.

The consistent polling that rates Hillary Clinton as untrustworthy is a fiction promoted by the GOP and news media. Muhammad Ali, a champion prizefighter whose boxing career took on a political hue died overnight in an Arizona hospital, surrounded by his family.

Arguably boxing’s most celebrated athlete, heavyweight champion Ali also was known for his public stance against the Vietnam War and his longtime battle with Parkinson’s disease.
