Notice is hereby given that following a public hearing held on May 8, 2024, a majority vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the below-mentioned cases:
1. CASE NO. SUB-2024-0017. McCloy Land Surveying, LLC, applicant, on behalf of Holmann V. Brand, property owner, requesting approval of a Final Subdivision Plat. The development proposes splitting one 29,345 Sq. Ft. lot into four (4) residential lots. The property, NC1 271, North Community 1, Lot 271, is addressed as 2488 45th Street, Los Alamos, NM, and is within the Residential Mixed (RM-2) Zone District.
2. CASE NO. SUB-2024-0018. SG Western Construction, Inc., property owner, requesting approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The development proposes splitting one 186,949 Sq. Ft. lot into five (5) residential lots. The property, NM1B3 E, is addressed as 1060 San Ildefonso Road, Los Alamos, NM, and is within the Single-Family Residential (SFR-4) Zone District.
Any action by the Planning and Zoning Commission of an application may be appealed by the owner of the property listed on the application, persons required to be mailed notice or the application giving rise to the final action being appealed, any County official acting in their official capacity whose services, properties, facilities, interest, or operations may be adversely affected by the application; or any person who has a recognized legal interest under New Mexico law, within 15 calendar days, including weekend days and excluding County-recognized holidays, after signature date of the final written decision pursuant to Section 16-72(g)(5)a of the Development Code.
