1. Case No. WVR-2021-0108
A request for waiver from the side setback requirements for the placement of a manufactured home. If approved, the structure would be placed 5’ from the eastern property line and 5’ from the western property line, where Los Alamos County Development Code, Mobile Home Subdivision (R-4) zoning district, requires a side setback of 5’ on one side and 10’ on the other. The property (TSV 053) is located within the Tsikimu Village Subdivision and is commonly known as 944 Cheyenne Street, Los Alamos, NM 87544.

A request for waiver from the front setback requirements for the construction of a residential addition. If approved, the closest point of the addition to Unit A would be 18’-11” from the front property line, where Los Alamos County Development Code, Residential Mixed zoning district (R-M), requires a 20’ front setback. The property (NC3 013) is located within the North Community 3 Subdivision and is commonly known as 2276 38th Street, Los Alamos, NM 87544.
