Free Family History Workshop at LDS Church April 26

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Los Alamos is sponsoring a free Family History Workshop that is open to the public. 

The workshop is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26 at the church at 1967 18th St. Several of the presentations will be repeated every hour to allow attendees to spend as much time as desired at the workshop.

RTD Adds Buses to Accommodate Chimayo Pilgrams on Good Friday, April 18

The North Central Regional Transit District is adding additional buses along its Española to Chimayo route to accommodate people making the annual pilgrimage to El Santuario de Chimayo on Good Friday, April 18.

Two ADA accessible buses will run on a continuous loop 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., throughout the day (the first bus begins at 8 a.m. and the second at 8:30 a.m.) departing from the RTD stop on the north side of the Big Rock Phillips 66 Station in front of the Santa Claran Hotel.
