Family Strengths Network (FSN) and title sponsor N3B Los Alamos invite the community to attend FSN’s primary annual fundraiser, Lucky Ducky Day (LDD). Cowboy Breakfast At Sheriff’s Posse Lodge Sunday Sept. 7
The Los Alamos County Sheriff’s Posse is hosting its monthly Cowboy Breakfast this Sunday, Sept. 7.
The breakfast is served 7-11 a.m. at the Sheriff’s Posse Lodge at 650 North Mesa Road, near the North Mesa Stables.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast includes:
- Pancakes – Banana, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip and Plain;
- Scrambled Eggs;
- Sausage;
- Bacon; and
- Coffee, Tea and Orange Juice.
The price for adults is $10, children 4-10 years of age $5 and those 0-3 are free.
Proceeds this month go to benefit the Los Alamos Sheriff’s Posse, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

FBI: Brothers Sentenced For Child Exploitation

ALBUQUERQUE –—Two brothers were sentenced for sexually abusing a minor, with one receiving 204 months in prison and the other 135 months.
There is no parole in the federal system.
According to court documents, between 2019 and 2022, Dustin Roy Rockmen, 33, of Navajo, New Mexico, and Kenzie Roy Rockmen, 26, of Hunters Point, Arizona, both enrolled members of the Navajo Nation, used electronic communications to coerce a minor and engage in sexual acts with the child.

ALBUQUERQUE — A Shiprock man is facing federal charges for firing multiple rounds at two people during a domestic dispute on the Navajo Nation.
According to court documents, on Aug. 1, 2025, Bryson Chee, 42, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, who had been drinking and behaving erratically, arrived at a residence in Shiprock as a passenger in a vehicle with two others.
