Los Alamos Makers is excited to announce a unique opportunity for high school students to dive into the world of 3D printing and design through a 4-day intensive summer school, held at Los Alamos Makers.
The program is completely free and open to students from underserved communities, including those in Española Valley, Pojoaque, and surrounding tribal communities.
The 3D Printing Summer School will welcome high school students to explore the exciting intersection of creativity, engineering, and technology.

New Mexico Unemployment Rate Steady At 4.2% In June

New Mexico’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.2 percent in June, unchanged from the rate in May and unchanged from the rate in the previous year.
The national unemployment rate in June was 4.1 percent, down from 4.2 percent in May and unchanged from the rate in June 2024.
Total nonagricultural payroll employment grew by 23,500 jobs, or 2.7 percent, between June 2024 and June 2025. The majority of gains came from the private sector.
